Enquiry data where no engagement follows is retained for 6 months, then deleted.

Engagement records are retained for 7 years from conclusion of the engagement, in accordance with Thai professional record-keeping practice.

Analytics data is retained in anonymised form for up to 26 months.

Personal data is stored on secure servers with access limited to personnel who need it for their work. Communications with the website are encrypted in transit (TLS). Internal access to client files is controlled and logged.

Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA) governs our data processing activities. We handle personal data in compliance with its requirements.
