What We Do
Three practice areas. One consistent standard.
Our services address the principal forms of intellectual property available to businesses in Thailand — each with a defined process, clear outputs, and honest pricing.

How we approach every engagement.
Every IP matter begins in the same way: we listen carefully to what you have, then tell you honestly what can be protected, what the realistic risks are, and what the most practical route forward looks like. We do not begin drafting or filing until the scope and approach have been agreed in writing.
Intake & Assessment
Initial conversation to understand the asset and the goal. Clearance or patentability review. Written risk assessment before any fees are committed beyond the initial scope.
Strategy & Drafting
Filing strategy agreed with client. Application or advisory note drafted with reference to current DIP practice. Reviewed by senior advisor before submission or delivery.
Prosecution & Follow-Up
We manage the application through examination, respond to official actions, and keep clients informed of developments. Deadlines tracked and notified in advance.

Professional Standards
Shared across all engagements.
Confidentiality
All client information handled under strict professional confidentiality, in accordance with Thai legal professional standards and PDPA obligations.
Written Outputs
Every engagement produces a written advisory note, clearance opinion, or filing documentation. Nothing is left to verbal exchange alone.
Deadline Tracking
IP deadlines are entered into our calendar at the point of filing. Clients receive advance notice of response periods, renewal dates, and publication windows.
Honest Assessment
Where a filing is unlikely to succeed without amendment, where a claim scope needs narrowing, or where a trade secret position is weak — we say so before fees are committed.
