An engagement with Pranakorn constitutes legal advisory work. It does not constitute representation before a court or tribunal unless separately agreed in writing, and does not create a retainer obligation beyond the scope of the specific engagement.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are as set out in our engagement documentation at the time of instruction. Indicative fees on the website are subject to scope confirmed at the outset. Where scope extends beyond what was initially discussed, we will raise this before proceeding.

Payment is due within 14 days of the date of our invoice unless otherwise agreed. All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We do not offer refunds on completed advisory work except where we have failed to deliver the agreed scope. Any concern should be raised promptly so that we have the opportunity to address it.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our advisory services are provided with care and with reference to the legal position as we understand it at the time of engagement. We do not accept liability for losses arising from changes in examination practice or law after the date of a delivered advisory note, or for decisions made on the basis of advice applied to materially different circumstances.

Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, except where Thai law requires otherwise.

We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information published on this website that has not been confirmed in the context of a specific engagement.

7. Third-Party Links

This website may link to the Thai DIP, WIPO, and other external sites for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

8. Privacy
